CONTEST: Win a 7 oz Jar of Cajun Land Brand® Cajun Seasoning

Hey everybody!
Today, I'm here to announce my first ever giveaway/contest at First, Make a Roux!

I'm giving away a 7 oz jar of one my favorite seasoning blends -- Cajun Land Brand® Cajun Seasoning with Green Onions. I love this seasoning because it has less sodium than a lot of other brands out there and because it doesn't contain MSG. Each time I go home to Louisiana, I haul a few of the larger-sized jars of the stuff back to SoCal.

Hi'ya. If I'm the lucky winner, I'll be using the cajun seasoning for a salmon salad sandwich mixed with Duke's mayo, ever so finely chopped celery and fresh parsley on a rustic, hard crusted bread! It sounds simple, but try telling that to your taste buds! Okay?

Well...I would use that stuff on mostly anything/nearly everything I could cook...and as much as I'd wanna say I'd use it on my Cajun yam & eggs for breakfast, I do really prefer the file powder on that...
So I'll go w/ baked homemade fries - big ol' wedge cut skins on russets I use - lightly covered in olive oil and sea salt and then I've used either standard freshly ground black pepper for the mild palate eaters (whoever they are)or that Tony Chachere's Cajun seasoning for everyone else. So if I won this, I'd use it instead o' Mr. Chachere's seasoning on those fries.
