Christmas Back Home

This blogger is back from a fun-filled holiday in the Big Easy! I had a great time with family in New Orleans and back home in the River Parishes.

I'll be posting more about my trip soon, but I'm still enjoying my vacation. (I've worked for only HALF of December!!) For now, I'll leave you with a little taste of the food, the drinks, and home!

What is in that baked potato?

@Old New Orleans Rum - The crawl was great! I had an awesome time, and it was a great way to take Hubby (a New Englander) through the FQ and Marigny. Happy New Year!

@Tobermory - that's pure, unadulterated, artery-cloggin' BUTTAH in that baked potato. The restaurant is Port of Call and there's no other place like it in NO for a burger and a tiki drink. (Just in case you're wondering, I didn't eat all that butter -- only a lil bit!)
