Best ever seafood dumplings!

I took advantage of a lazy Sunday to prepare Eating Well's Scallop-Shrimp Dumplings. They were a tremendous hit with hubby!

I served them as an entree', rather than an appetizer. Steamed broccoli and edamame rounded out the meal.

Mmm, so yummy dipped in low-sodium soy sauce. Fun, too, 'cause you are allowed to eat these with your fingers!
