My favorite, cool, summertime drink is a vodka tonic with LOTS of ice. The only problem with using lots of ice, is that your drink gets watered down while you're outside roasting in the sun or splashing in the pool.
Instead of putting plain ice into your drink, make tonic ice cubes. The only things this recipe requires are advanced planning, ice cube trays, and some tonic! Simply pour the tonic into the ice cube trays, let them freeze, and pop them into your next tonic drink. Tasty!
